Does the name of the person who supplicated for the deceased in this world reach the deceased?

We have not found any evidence in the Sunnah (definition) collections or religious texts indicating that the deceased is informed of the name of the one who supplicated for them. There is an indirect text regarding this, which is narrated by Ahmad and Ibn Majah, that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Indeed, a man's rank will be elevated in Paradise, and he will say: 'How did I attain this?' It will be said: 'By your child's seeking forgiveness for you.'" This is not explicit because it is possible that the informing occurs on the Day of Judgment, not in the Barzakh (definition) (interim period), and it does not mention the name of the supplicating child. Furthermore, a weak hadith (definition) narrated by Al-Tabarani refers to dedicating charity to the deceased, stating, "This is a gift your family has sent to you," but it does not explicitly mention the name of the person who gave the charity.
