Why does God test a righteous servant, one who abides by His commands and shuns His prohibitions, with deprivation of progeny and raising an orphan, while others are blessed with offspring despite being sinners?

Seek help from Zamzam water, black seed, and honey. There is wisdom in every act of Allah in creating man; whoever is content with Allah's decree will have a tranquil heart. If your wife wishes to divorce due to not having children, she is permitted to do so, and you are permitted to divorce her. You can marry another woman, informing her of your health condition. Islamic law indicates the desirability of marriage for chastity and procreation. You can also sponsor orphans and widows due to its great virtue.
