Is someone who dislikes their colleagues without a clear reason considered disobedient to their Lord?

Hatred is a psychological illness that has eight afflictions, as mentioned by scholars. Whoever is afflicted by it must beware of falling into any of them, and should find burdensome the abhorrence he feels within himself towards others. He should supplicate to Allah to remove that from him and convey goodness to them as much as he is able; for this is one of the most successful treatments for hatred. In such a case, there is no sin upon a person, because the action of the heart is not within human acquisition. However, if hatred leads him to commit any of the aforementioned afflictions, then he is sinful.
