Your fiancée is a stranger to you until the marriage contract is concluded, and it is unlawful for you to touch her. Touching a non- woman is impermissible; rather, it is a type of metaphorical zina (fornication). The zina of the eyes is looking, the zina of the ears is listening, and the zina of the hand is touching forcefully. There is significant disagreement regarding photography, and photographing women without necessity or need is a great evil, which can lead to many corruptions, especially if a non-mahram man can view the photos.
