Does a divorce issued by a husband in a state of extreme anger, like one who is insane, take effect? And does it count as one of the three pronouncements of divorce?

If the husband uttered the divorce while in a state of extreme anger that deprived him of awareness, then his divorce is not effective. However, if the anger did not reach this level, then his divorce is effective, and it reduces the number of divorces available to him.
