Do angels possess intellect, and if so, is it similar to the intellect of human beings?

Angels are servants of Allah, characterized by absolute servitude. They are executors of His command and are in awe of Him, as Allah Almighty said: ﴿Rather, they are honored servants. They do not precede Him in speech, and they act by His command.﴾ Based on these attributes, they do possess intellects, but we do not know their nature or form due to the absence of any evidence from revelation informing us of this. A Muslim must not exceed what is mentioned in revelation concerning the unseen world, for the Qur’an has condemned those who delve into it without knowledge.
