If one has sexual intercourse with a jinn while drunk, does the jinn enter him? And how can he rid himself of these thoughts?

What a drunkard sees while intoxicated are mere imaginations and satanic delusions, for alcohol corrupts the mind and makes its user see things contrary to their reality. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, described alcohol as the mother of all evils. Whoever drinks it, their prayers are not accepted for forty days, and if they die with it in their stomach, they die a death of ignorance. 'Uthman ibn 'Affan, may Allah be pleased with him, elucidated the danger of alcohol through the story of a devout man whom a woman invited to commit indecency, drink alcohol, or kill a boy. He chose to drink alcohol, then committed indecencies and took a life. Therefore, faith and alcohol addiction do not coexist.
