What is the ruling on one who describes a person as an angel sent by God to save humanity?

If the simile is intended to liken a person to angels in a good, spiritual or physical attribute, then this is permissible. However, if the person does not possess any of the angels' attributes, then it is a lie. It becomes even worse if it contradicts their descriptions, as it entails a fault and a diminishment of the honored angels who do not disobey Allah. Belief in them is a pillar of faith, so it is not permissible to degrade their status.
