Is establishing a supplication page in a forum, which includes praising Allah and supplicating for or against Muslims, along with reminding of the virtue of supplication, considered an innovation (bid‘ah)?

Persevering in writing these words with the belief that reward will ensue or that prayers will be answered is an innovation (bid'ah) in religion. This is because it specifies the act of remembrance (dhikr) with particular words and in a particular manner, with the belief that something not legislated is legislated and divinely revealed, carrying reward and recompense. Therefore, you should not pay attention to that, and suffice with mentioning the name of Allah at the beginning of any act. Remembering Allah or supplicating with whatever you wish and for whomever you wish is good; but without specifying a particular form or specific words whose superiority you believe in, when no evidence has been reported for it, and without restricting it to a specific time. All of that leads to innovations, and every newly invented matter is an innovation, and every innovation is misguidance, and every misguidance is in the Fire. These mentioned words are not a supplication; rather, they are issues from matters of creed, and they are sound words. It is not authentically reported from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, "Supplication is the weapon of the believer"; rather, it is a fabricated (mawdu') hadith. However, it is established that which indicates that supplication repels affliction, and the hadith, "Supplication repels destiny," is weak.
