Are fate, destiny, and luck things predetermined for a person since birth, such as a girl rejecting a suitor on the pretext that he is not the one destined for her?

Allah ordained the destinies of creation fifty thousand years before the creation of the heavens and the earth. The first thing He created was the Pen, and He commanded it: "Write down everything that will come to be until the Day of Resurrection." Abstaining from marriage under the pretext of destiny is incorrect, because destiny is of the unseen, and Allah the Almighty said: "Knower of the unseen, and He does not disclose His [knowledge of the] unseen to anyone Except to whom He has approved of messengers." One must strive and take the necessary means while relying on Allah. It is not permissible to abandon work under the pretext of relying on destiny. A woman has the right to refuse a suitor for reasons she holds, but she is not permitted to argue that her marriage to him is not decreed, because she has not been privy to the unseen.
