What is the ruling on a woman who went for Umrah while she was menstruating, and performed tawaf and sa'i despite her knowledge of the ruling, and she did not enter into ihram nor did she intend Umrah? Is anything incumbent upon her?

If a woman performing 'Umrah does not enter into a state of ihram from the miqat, she is not obligated to perform anything related to 'Umrah. Rather, she is obligated to repent to Allah Almighty, because the 'Umrah is not valid without ihram. Her regret should be an act of repentance, and she should resolve not to repeat this in the future.
