Is it permissible to conduct feasibility studies for projects requested by the bank from borrowers to obtain usurious loans?

Usury (riba) is forbidden (haram), and assisting in it is also forbidden, based on the Almighty's saying: "{And cooperate not in sin and aggression. And fear Allah; indeed, Allah is severe in penalty}" (Quran 5:2). Preparing a feasibility study for a project whose owner borrows with interest is a form of assistance in usury, because the owner of the study office is assisting the borrower in his falsehood, and means are judged by their ends.
