Is girl (S) considered the daughter of the sister of person (H), or not? Knowing that the mother of (S) is (A'yn), and the mother of (A'yn) is the wife of (H)'s paternal uncle, who did not breastfeed him, while the other wife of (H)'s paternal uncle breastfed person (H) when he was an infant.

If the aforementioned brother was suckled by his uncle's second wife with his uncle's milk, then he becomes a foster brother to all his uncle's daughters, whether they are from his first or second wife. Consequently, it is impermissible for him to marry his uncle's granddaughter because he was suckled from her father's milk. This is known as "fahl milk" (milk of the male contributor), and it is preponderant that such suckling prohibits marriage, based on the Almighty's saying: "and your foster sisters." It is stipulated that for suckling to establish prohibition, it must consist of five full sucklings.
