Will the dead rise from their graves at the appearance of the Antichrist (Dajjal), and will he torture all people and burn those men and women who refuse to follow him?

There is no evidence for the Dajjal's ability to resurrect the dead. Rather, he will kill a believer, then claim to have brought him back to life, and will try to kill him again but will be unable to. He may also seek the help of devils to appear in the forms of the dead.

The Dajjal will not torment all people. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, guided us to what protects us from him, such as seeking refuge from him after the Tashahhud, keeping away from him, reciting the opening verses of Surah Al-Kahf, and seeking refuge in Mecca and Medina.

The Dajjal does not actually torment anyone with fire; what people see as fire is in reality water, and whoever the Dajjal casts into the fire will be thrown into Paradise.

There is no evidence that the Dajjal burns those who refuse to follow him, but he will withhold good from them and cause them poverty.
