Neither parent who has custody has the right to prevent the other parent from seeing the child. The father's فسق (open sinfulness) and bad character do not prevent him from seeing his child, provided that no harm results from it. The visitation must be in a manner that does not harm the child. When there is a dispute regarding custody matters, the issue is referred to the court for resolution.
