What is the ruling on a father seeing his daughter if the father goes to sorcerers and charlatans, and is he entitled to demand to see her given his repeated attempts to kidnap her and his threats to kill her over financial issues?

Neither parent who has custody has the right to prevent the other parent from seeing the child. The father's فسق (open sinfulness) and bad character do not prevent him from seeing his child, provided that no harm results from it. The visitation must be in a manner that does not harm the child. When there is a dispute regarding custody matters, the issue is referred to the Sharia court for resolution.
