Is it permissible to provide playing cards to cafeteria patrons despite fearing their impermissibility?

Purchasing playing cards and placing them in the hands of players is impermissible if it leads to the aforementioned فساد (corruptions/evils), as it falls under aiding in sin and aggression. However, if it does not lead to such outcomes, then there is no harm. Nevertheless, it is advisable not to purchase them or place them in their hands, in adherence to Allah's saying: "And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way out And will provide for him from where he does not expect."
