ما هي شروط تكفّل الزوج بزوجته المطلقة الحامل، وهل يحق لها المنزل؟

Several matters arise from divorcing a pregnant wife: her maintenance during her waiting period until she gives birth, her right to remain in the marital home until her waiting period ends, the obligation of mut'ah (consolatory gift), the maintenance and housing of the newborn until he reaches maturity and is able to earn a living (for a male), or until she marries (for a female), and the payment of any deferred dowry if it exists. The house is not her right unless it is her property, and she must remain in it, based on the words of the Almighty: "Do not expel them from their homes, nor should they leave."
