Is it permissible to photograph a book whose author refuses to sell it to me because I did not take a private lesson with him?

A teacher may refuse to sell his book to someone who does not attend his private lessons. However, if he or other teachers coerce students into private lessons and buying their own books through their poor teaching performance in schools, then this is a betrayal of trust and extortion of students, and it is impermissible.
