As long as you took precautions and it was highly probable in your estimation that there was no sin in the transaction, based on the they provided to you, then there is no sin upon you for what you did previously. However, for future dealings, it is not permissible for you to do so if the bank stipulates interest on the loan, as it is an interest-based (ribawi) loan, and assisting in it is not permissible.
