ما هي الأسباب المقبولة التي تجيز للمرأة طلب الطلاق من زوجها دون أن يُحرم عليها رائحة الجنة؟

It is forbidden for a woman to seek divorce from her husband without a reason. However, if there is something that harms or injures her, she is permitted to seek divorce. This could be if the husband has bad conduct, or does not fulfill her rights, or has a defect that harms her in her religious or worldly affairs, or if the woman dislikes him and cannot fulfill his rights; based on the words of Allah Almighty: "Then if you fear that they would not adhere to the limits of Allah, there is no blame upon either of them concerning what she gives up to be freed thereby."
