What is the legitimate Islamic solution to this difficult issue, where the sister has not yet consummated her marriage with her husband, and she refuses to live with him claiming she does not love him, while the husband refuses to divorce her, knowing that she has not lived with him in their home, and she claims he is quick to anger and reveals secrets?

It is forbidden for a wife to seek a divorce if the husband fulfills her rights, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Any woman who asks for divorce without a cause, the scent of Paradise will be forbidden to her." "Without a cause" means without a severe hardship that compels her to seek divorce. However, if the wife is harmed due to the husband's dereliction of her rights or his bad manners, she has the right to seek divorce and refer the matter to a judge. If she discovers bad manners in him and he admits it and promises to reform, she should help him change them instead of rushing to demand a divorce.
