Is it permissible to treat vaginal problems with urine?

Human urine is impure by the consensus of scholars, and the agreed-upon principle is the prohibition of seeking healing with impure or forbidden substances, due to the Prophet’s (peace be upon him) saying: “Seek healing, but do not seek healing with what is forbidden.”

Scholars have differed on seeking healing with forbidden substances in cases of necessity: 1. The Malikis and Hanbalis generally prohibited seeking healing with any impure or forbidden substance, unless the treatment involves external application and there is a fear of death. 2. The Hanbalis further prohibited everything considered repulsive, such as the urine of lawful-to-eat animals and others, with the exception of camel urine. 3. Some scholars permitted the use of forbidden and impure substances without eating or drinking (such as enemas or external applications) if necessity calls for it, and the treatment is specific, and based on the advice of a skilled Muslim doctor, and there is no permissible alternative, and it is limited to the extent of need.

It appears that the internal administration of urine (instillation) or its use as an enema out of necessity is easier, and the concession for it is broader, subject to the mentioned conditions.
