Is there a Hadith indicating the legitimacy of praying on Laylat al-Qadr, and what is this Hadith, if it exists?

It has been established that there is an encouragement for prayer on the Night of Decree. So, whoever observes it in prayer, out of faith and hope for reward, will have his past sins forgiven.
