Is the reward for praying upon the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, multiplied a thousandfold on Laylat al-Qadr, making it equal to the reward of repeating it daily for a thousand months or more?

Laylat al-Qadr is a blessed night, better than a thousand months. Its virtue is attained by observing it with prayer, supplication, and recitation of the Quran, especially in the last ten nights of Ramadan. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, used to strive in observing these nights and would awaken his family. Whoever stands in prayer on Laylat al-Qadr with faith and hoping for reward, his past sins will be forgiven. One receives a share of its blessings by praying with the Imam. The best deeds on this night combine prayer, recitation, supplication, and contemplation. If a Muslim is unable to do all of that, let him do what is easy for him, such as supplication and the like.
