Is it permissible for me to limit myself to reading two Hizbs of the Qur’an outside of work hours, due to customers interrupting me while I am reading four Hizbs daily?

Being occupied with acts of obedience and the Quran is one of the greatest means of obtaining sustenance and receiving blessings. Sustenance is decreed for the servant, and what Allah has destined for him will come to him. You may recite your daily portion (hizb) outside of working hours, or limit yourself to two portions instead of four. If customers interrupt you, you can resume reading from where you stopped or from a previous stopping point, and there is no harm in interrupting your reading to speak with them.
