What is the ruling on a pilgrim in a state of ihram cleaning with scented soap or shampoo?

There is no harm in a pilgrim in the state of ihram bathing, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, bathed while he was in the state of ihram. As for shampoo, it appears that its scent is not an aromatic perfume, but rather a pleasant flavor to the soul, like mint. The important thing is that anything fragrant is not permissible for a person in the state of ihram to use.
