What is the ruling regarding a wife demanding her rights and salary that were seized by her husband, and how can she resolve the marital problems resulting therefrom, while preserving her household?

A husband taking from his wife's salary without her consent is an encroachment upon her property without right, for the financial support of the wife and children is obligatory upon the husband. The wife should consult wise people to convince her husband to leave her money. If the husband responds, then that is good and excellent. If he insists, she has the choice to remain with him or complain against him, for Allah does not like the public utterance of evil speech, except by one who has been wronged; and whoever avenges himself after being wronged, there is no cause [for blame] against them.
