If the company announces that it reserves the rights to print and circulate the disc, then it is not permissible to copy it for sale, use, gift, or loan, unless it becomes unavailable in the markets and a person cannot obtain it despite needing it, in which case it is permissible to copy it for personal use or for lending to someone who will benefit from it only.
