Accordingly, it is not permissible to sell copied discs that their owners prohibit from being copied. The unavailability of original copies or their high price does not permit the sale of non-original copies. Furthermore, it is not permissible to install electronic components that enable devices to read copied discs, as this constitutes aiding in their use. Allah Almighty said: "And do not cooperate in sin and aggression. And fear Allah; indeed, Allah is severe in penalty."
