Is it permissible to say the Tasleem in prayer before the Imam for fear of passing wind or making a sound, and is this a recognized statement among the people of knowledge?

The congregant is required to follow their Imam in all pillars of prayer, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed, the Imam is appointed to be followed. So, when he says 'Allahu Akbar,' then say 'Allahu Akbar.' When he bows, then bow. When he prostrates, then prostrate. And when he prays standing, then pray standing." Therefore, saying the 'taslim' before the Imam invalidates the prayer if there is no excuse. However, if the congregant has a valid Sharia excuse and finds it difficult to continue following the Imam, it is permissible for them to separate from him. This includes the fear of passing wind or experiencing an urge to urinate, which would make it difficult to continue following the Imam. In such cases, they may separate from the Imam, shorten their prayer, and say the 'taslim.' This applies to situations such as passing gas or urine retention.
