What is the ruling on someone who incited a woman to divorce her husband, who does not pray and abuses drugs, and then married her before her waiting period (iddah) ended?

Inciting a wife to divorce and corrupting her relationship with her husband (takhbib) are among the major prohibited sins. However, this does not invalidate the marriage according to the majority of scholars, though some have invalidated the marriage of the one who engaged in takhbib. If the husband denies the obligation of prayer, he is an apostate (kafir), and she must be incited to separate from him. But if he abandons it due to laziness, the majority do not consider him an apostate, though some do. A woman's marriage before the completion of her 'iddah (waiting period) is invalid by consensus, and they must be separated. The woman must complete the 'iddah from the first husband, then the 'iddah from the second if he had consummated the marriage with her.
