Is it permissible to incite a wife to seek divorce from her husband who does not pray and uses drugs, knowing that she married this husband before completing her waiting period (iddah) from her first husband?

If a woman marries during her iddah (waiting period), her marriage is null and void, and separation between her and her husband is obligatory. She must not allow her husband to have marital relations with her. There is no harm for you to marry her if her current marriage is annulled. It is not permissible to converse with a non-mahram woman except out of necessity and while observing the Islamic guidelines. If he did not consummate the marriage with her or did not have khalwah (private seclusion) in a previous marriage, then she has no iddah, based on the Almighty's saying: "O you who have believed, when you marry believing women and then divorce them before you have touched them, then there is not for you any iddah to count concerning them. So provide for them and give them a gracious release."
