Is it permissible for me to go out with a young man I love, while I don't know what to say?

It is not permissible for a woman to establish a relationship with a man who is a stranger to her, even if it is with the intention of marriage. This is due to the prohibition of khalwa (private seclusion), looking with lust, shaking hands, tabarruj (displaying one's adornment), using perfume when going out, and speaking in a soft, enticing manner. All of these practices are Islamically forbidden, based on evidence from the Quran and Sunnah. Islamic law has warned against the enticement of Satan and the consequences of such relationships, which often end in regret and loss. It is obligatory to repent to Allah and sever these relationships immediately.
