This falls under the category of requesting what a created being is capable of providing. These are common attributes, like "Rahim" (Merciful), "Aziz" (Mighty), "Malik" (Sovereign), "Majid" (Glorious), and "Hamid" (Praiseworthy). Allah Almighty has named Himself with these attributes, and He has also named some of His servants with them. However, as for the names of Allah Almighty that are personal proper nouns, such as the word "Allah," or those specific to Him, such as "al-Khaliq" (the Creator) and "al-Bari’" (the Originator), it is forbidden to name anyone else with them.
