Al-Tirmidhi narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Whoever prays Fajr in congregation, then sits remembering Allah until the sun rises, then prays two rak'ahs, will have a reward like that of a complete Hajj and 'Umrah, complete, complete." This prayer is Salatul-Ishraq, and it is the first part of Duha prayer. There is no difference between them except that Ishraq occurs at the very beginning of the Duha time.
