Is it obligatory to attend congregational prayers while suffering from chronic constipation and feeling a fluid discharge from the anus without sound or odor, and experiencing difficulty in urination?

Doubt about the emission of an impurity does not invalidate ablution. So, if you are not certain about the emission of fluid, do not pay attention to it. However, if you are certain of its emission, it invalidates ablution and nullifies the prayer if it exits during it. It is obligatory to perform istinja' (ritual cleansing) from it and wash whatever it stained on clothes and body due to its impurity.

If the fluid emission is continuous, it falls under the ruling of one afflicted with سلس (incontinence). As for attending congregational prayer, it is advisable to go after attempting to expel the impurity. If you feel pressure (الحَقْن) that distresses you, leave and perform ablution, then return. If you catch the congregation, then good for you. Otherwise, pray individually, bearing in mind that praying while suppressing an urge is disliked (makrooh).
