Is the hadith, "My Ummah has been given three things that were not given to any prophet except him: the call to Allah, the answered supplication, and bearing witness over the people," extant and authentically attributed?

We have not come across the hadith mentioned with the exact wording inquired about. However, Al-Hakim Al-Tirmidhi, in his "Nawadir al-Usul," cited a hadith similar to it with the wording: "My Ummah was given three things that were not given to anyone except the Prophets," namely: responsiveness to supplication (meaning, "Call upon Me; I will respond to you"), the removal of hardship in religion ("and He has not placed upon you any hardship in religion"), and their being made witnesses over the people. The call to Allah was not mentioned in it. The editor of the book significantly weakened its chain of narration, and Al-Suyuti indicated that everything attributed to Al-Hakim in "Nawadir al-Usul" is weak. This narration, with this wording, has been mentioned by Al-Qurtubi and other exegetes.
