Is the death of an employee while supervising work at a contracting company considered accidental killing, and is the company obligated to pay blood money to his family?

The company is Islamically responsible for workers' injuries if they result from negligence or shortcomings in providing safety measures. It is obligated to compensate the worker or their heirs, as this falls under the category of unintentional killing (qatl al-khata'), based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "There shall be no harm nor reciprocating harm." However, if the company has provided safety measures and has not been negligent, then it bears no Islamic responsibility and is not required to provide compensation.
