What is the share of each heir from the inheritance amounting to 450,0 EGP, if the heirs are: six brothers, one full sister, a mother, a wife, and a father?

If a person dies leaving behind his parents, his wife, and full siblings, and no other heirs, then:

- The wife gets one-fourth, due to the absence of a lineal descendant.

- The mother gets one-sixth, due to the presence of a group of siblings.

- The father inherits the remainder by ta’sib (agnatic right).

- The full siblings inherit nothing, because the father excludes them completely (exclusion of deprivation).

The fatwa in this matter follows the view of the majority of scholars, which is that the mother gets one-sixth due to the presence of siblings, even if they are excluded by the father.
