Must the "il" syllable of the word "Ismail" be respected as one of Allah's names, and is it sinful to discard the remaining part of "il" after separating the hamza?

Some scholars have mentioned that the word "El" means the name of God in Hebrew or Syriac, or it means "servant" with the possessed noun preceding the possessor in foreign languages. The name of God and the names of the Prophets must be respected in any language, as this is part of glorifying the rituals of Allah. If there is a fear of disrespecting papers on which these names are written, they should be burned, or completely torn, or buried in a respectful place.
