What is the ruling on the presence of video films and VCD films in the home, and does that prevent the angels from entering?

It is not permissible to keep films that contain unlawful content in the house because they prevent angels from entering due to the evil, sin, and imitation of Allah's creation that they contain. However, if the images displayed in the video do not contain anything unlawful, then there is a difference of opinion among scholars regarding the ruling on this type of image, and it is more prudent to avoid them. If there is no sin or imitation of Allah's creation, then they do not prevent angels from entering the house.
