Such behaviors may indicate a psychological disorder (such as schizophrenia, delusional disorder, or drug-induced psychosis) or a behavioral disorder (cruelty, harshness, and a lack of understanding of religious boundaries). It is advisable to avoid harm from your brother as much as possible, not to be alone with him, and to explain the suffering to your parents and family. If this does not help, you can resort to the Islamic center, social welfare centers, or religious scholars to help him psychologically or behaviorally. If none of this helps, the problem can be reported to official authorities if that would دفع his harm without causing other problems.
