Does divorce take effect by believing that the word " حاضر" (present/ready) is an allusion to divorce, or by repeating "I want to divorce"?

If this is your situation, then you are a victim of waswasah (obsessive whispering), and your divorce does not take effect, even if you uttered the explicit words of divorce. What actually happened to you is a trick from Satan to ruin your worldly life and cast you into confusion and distress. Therefore, seek refuge in Allah from his evil, and strive to enrage him by disregarding his waswasah.
