What is my religious duty towards my wife regarding her maintenance during her disobedience (nushuz) after she rejected her father's ruling on the amount of maintenance?

The husband is obligated to provide for his wife, in a reasonable manner, including food, housing, and clothing sufficient for her needs. In case of dispute, the estimation of the maintenance is subject to the discretion of the Sharia judge. If the wife commits nushuz (disobedience) by refusing intimacy or leaving the home without her husband's permission, her maintenance falls so long as she is disobedient, unless she is pregnant, in which case there is a difference of opinion among scholars regarding the maintenance of a pregnant disobedient wife.
