Is it permissible to raise one's hands during the traditional supplication after the Adhan?

It is sunnah for one who hears the adhan to repeat after the muezzin, then send blessings upon the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, then ask Allah for him the Wasilah and the Fadilah. It is permissible to raise the hands during this supplication, as the 기본 principle for supplication is to raise the hands, and it is among the manners of supplication and causes for its acceptance, except for specific supplications where it has been established that hands are not raised. However, it is not obligatory to continuously raise the hands during this particular supplication.
