Is the abundance of prostration in the Hadith of Rabiah bin Ka'b Al-Aslami meant to be the performance of regular Sunnah prayers, Witr, and some supererogatory voluntary prayers, or does it include increasing night prayers and adding more rak'ahs to the Duha prayer and other supererogatory prayers?

The Hadith reported by Muslim: "Help me achieve this for you by prostrating much," means to perform many supererogatory prayers, such as Qiyam al-Layl (night prayer), Duha prayer, the Sunnah prayer after ablution, and others. Prostration (sujud) here is used to signify prayer (salat), because it is a pillar within it. Thus, the more diligently a servant performs supererogatory prayers, the more hopeful it is for him to attain the virtue of accompanying the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, in Paradise.
