How can I supplicate to Allah to relieve my worries regarding marriage, work, and building a home, and to heal my weak eyesight without surgery, taking into account that I intend to go for Umrah and drink Zamzam water with the intention of healing?

We recommend patience in the face of tribulation and contentment with Allah's decree, along with frequent recitation of the supplication: "O Allah, grant me health in my body, O Allah, grant me health in my hearing, O Allah, grant me health in my sight. There is no god but You," three times in the morning and evening. Also, the supplication: "O Allah, I hope for Your mercy, so do not abandon me to myself for the blink of an eye, and correct all my affairs." Rely upon Allah, have good expectations of Him, and be persistent in supplication, especially during Umrah and when drinking Zamzam water.
