Should we take the fatwa of Ibn Baz?

Shaykh Ibn Baz is one of the God-devoted scholars (Rabbaniyyin) renowned for his knowledge, actions, righteousness, and piety. He was the head of the Council of Senior Scholars and the Permanent Committee for Issuing Fatwas, and senior scholars would refer to him. He is among the "People of Remembrance" (Ahl al-Dhikr) whom one is commanded to consult. He is correct at times and errs at times, like other scholars, and the duty is to accept the truth with its evidence. His opinion is accepted, and his fatwas are acted upon in many issues.
