Must one remain in Mina until Maghrib or midnight on the third day of throwing for those who do not hasten, following the example of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him?

Whoever throws the pebbles on the thirteenth day after zawal (midday), he is permitted to depart and is not required to remain in Mina until sunset, based on the Almighty’s saying: (But whoever hastens off in two days, there is no sin upon him). The term "day" refers to daylight. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, prayed Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib, and Isha in Al-Muhassab, which is a place between Makkah and Mina, after he had thrown the pebbles and departed. This indicates the permissibility of departing after throwing the pebbles and that remaining in Mina is not obligatory.
