What is the ruling on performing tayammum for major ritual impurity and entering prayer with a single intention?

It is not permissible for a person in a state of ritual impurity (junub) to perform tayammum and for his prayer to be valid with it, unless he is unable to use water due to illness or the absence of water. In such cases, he may perform tayammum until his excuse is removed. The intention (niyyah) must be specified when performing tayammum, such as intending to make the Dhuhr prayer permissible from major ritual impurity (janabah) if he is junub, or from minor ritual impurity (hadath) if he is in a state of hadath, or from both. Tayammum does not remove the impurity (hadath) but rather makes prayer permissible, and therefore, the intention must be specified. If he intends all of them, his tayammum is valid and sufficient; but if he intends only one, it is not sufficient for the others.
